Hip hop is king. Today, rap artists are taking over the music industry and rising on top. Viral influencers like Tekashi69, Lil Naz, Bhad Bahabie and RiceGum are leveraging YouTube to create genre-defying rap music. In this age of hip hop domination, Da Infamous Wheatball, also known as Tiebryis Evan’s, is making a mark on YouTube with over 58,269 views and has promoted over 20,000 copies of his underground CD in Danville, Chicago. We can already see his super cool screen name gliding to stardom.

Here’s what makes Wheatball an exciting artist to look out for in 2020.

1. Collaboration is key

Wheatball is already creating waves in his music career. He has performed, collaborated and promoted concerts for artists like Young Dro, Twista, Project Pat, Lil Wayne, Crucial Conflict, Chingy, Do or Die, Young L.A, OJ the Juice Man/ Bushwick Bill, Crunchy Black, and more.

2. Keeping it real

Wheatball pairs his rap with rhyming poetry. This unique combination is surprisingly catchy and can get hip hop fanatics jamming in no time. He gets his inspiration from artists like Tupac and Michael Jackson. Wheatball’s lyrics represent his success stories, struggles, challenges and real emotions that people can resonate with.

3. He adopted a strong YouTube marketing strategy

Wheatball started making hip hop music in 2006 and it has been an uphill climb for him ever since. He only started publishing videos on YouTube in 2019 and he has crossed over 41,000 views in less than a year. His rate of growth has been phenomenal.

4. He goes big on promotions

He tours frequently and connects with his audience. Wheatball is releasing his new album “The Truth” and will hit the road in June to promote his new music. He isn’t wasting any time in seizing the opportunity and travelling across the country to showcase his latest work.

5. Passion took him far

Wheatball has been rapping in front of his mirror since he was eight years old. He has fought against all odds to pursue his passion. Despite the financial challenges and hardships, Wheatball’s love for performing has kept him rooted to doing what he loves.

We need more artistic and real music that people can resonate with, and Wheatball does exactly that. Wheatball will be uploading new videos this March 2020 and we can’t wait to see what he has in store!
